The purpose of the platform is to connect open-minded people that are looking for a good time. Apparently, everyone is welcome here, regardless of their sexual preferences; swingers, kinky, geeky, mistress, submissive, sugar daddy, and sugar babies.

It looks like there are a lot of good reasons to register on xDating.com. Unfortunately, this is just another scam designed by an operator that we know very well. We refer to Global Personals LLC, a company based in Miami, Florida: infamous for using fake chats on all their portals. Moreover, many online reviews suggest that paid subscriptions are also a rip-off.

The landing page of xDating.com displays a lot of erotic content. Visitors are intrigued by pictures of the latest members: showing genuine people in explicit poses. At first, the platform seemed to be a solid choice for whoever is looking for a hot experience in their local area. The safety of every member appears to be the number one priority of the website. They claim to have a 24/7 fraud and protection team to make sure that everyone is safe from scams. They even claim to offer money-back guarantee to those who don't find a sex partner.

The registration is quick and easy, and doesn't require any verification. In less than 2 minutes, we can get access to the private area and start browsing among the available profiles. As we always do, we took a closer look at the terms and conditions. Here, xDating.com promised that they will never create fake profiles to communicate with users. This seems to contradict the online reviews that openly accuse the company of using a fake chat scam.

Automated messages

The profiles in the member's area may all be genuine, but the messages that users receive are not. xDating.com uses an automated system to send messages on behalf of their members. These opening messages are called “icebreakers.” Users who receive this type of communication has no way to detect whether they are real or fake. Therefore, we can honestly call this a scam. The possibilities to arrange a real-life date on this site are limited. A user can never be sure whether he's replying to a real person or a piece of software.

At first impression, xDating.com looked like a promising dating website, where finding a partner for a casual encounter is extremely easy. Unfortunately, nothing that we read on the initial page is true. The platform uses icebreakers to deceive new users, making them think that a lot of people are interested in them. These messages are generated by a piece of software. The users are not aware of this and therefore he/she becomes the victim of a cheeky fake chat scam.
