Report on VictoriaHearts.com review

The online dating website VictoriaHearts.com makes a good first impression. On the landing page, we see an image of a young, attractive woman. We also see the registration screen at the top of the homepage. Registration is free. The landing page also displays general information about the site. But this platform only provides sparse information. Its advertising omits a lot of important details.

For example, we do not know how many users are registered here. Nor are we informed which features and functions are used to find matches. Last but not least, the site’s advertising informs us that it is the right place for international communication. As far as we can tell, the site appears to be a matchmaker. Matches do not come from the US. Men from the USA can find matches here from other countries. To be effective in providing this service, this website will need a lot of information and a solid working matchmaking algorithm.

However, we start to feel a little suspicious. This website does not offer a lot of information about how it works. In our experience, transparency is all-important. It is the primary indicator of how reliable a dating site is. Moreover, this website mentions nothing about actual dates. We read about online communication, but not about physical meetings. Arranging dates is evidently not the purpose of this site. This portal appears to use moderated chat and provide an entertainment service.

The site operator is VictoriaHearts, which is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Well, the location of the company is a hotspot for scammers.

Is VictoriaHearts.com a rip-off?

Yes, the online dating website VictoriaHearts.com is a rip-off. There are a lot of hints that it uses fake chat. First, actual dates are not mentioned on the landing page. Generally speaking, this website has poor transparency. We did not find all the information we really need. The landing page told us nothing about any costs or the membership structure. Nor are the site’s actual services explained. And several signs hint later at the use of moderated chat too.

We checked out the site’s members´ area, which looks more than promising. The profiles all show good-looking women. But, speaking from our experience, the women shown in the images look too good to be true. In the end, we did not find a single average-looking woman. All profiles show female users who appear to be professional models. This is a clear hint of fake profiles. By the way, we are not the only ones who came to this conclusion. On the internet, we found a lot of negative reviews about this site. Former users also complain about fake profiles.

And we found reviews alleging a fake chat scam. Former users recount how they received a lot of messages from other members right after they registered. That is a clear hint that moderated chat occurs. We also received numerous messages and notifications just a few minutes after we registered. All this attention we received is obviously fake. We created a profile without a profile picture or a single item of personal information. Other users just know our age and gender. But we were still spammed with messages.

These messages come from attractive women. They are trying to encourage us to chat. We can read their messages free of charge. But if we want to reply, costs will develop. Costs will ensue for credits needed to send messages. No premium membership subscription is offered. But this website operates an automatic credit top-up system. This is similar to a subscription and might end in a trap. However, we did not find proof of any subscription rip-off. And the use of fake profiles and fake chat operators is not admitted in the legal information.

We can only recount our experience. As far as we are concerned, all profiles on this site are fake. A fake profile shows a fictitious person with whom a date in real life is not possible. Fake chat operators control these profiles. They are trying to encourage us to join paid chats to increase the operator’s income. While chatting, they will not admit anything about moderation. Nor are the fake profiles marked as fake.

Registration on VictoriaHearts.com

On the landing page, we see the registration screen. Registration is free for both women and men. And the registration process is simple and over within a few minutes. We enter our name, age and gender. Plus, we enter a valid e-mail address and password. Then we have to agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policy. This completes the first stage of registration. Afterwards, we continue with the process.

Following this, a questionnaire has to be completed; this is divided into three different parts. In the first part, we can enter some more information about ourselves. The questions concern our current marital status and language skills. Further questions about our work and social life balance are then asked. In the second part, we can set out the expectations we have of our matches. Usually, this part is more important than the first one. However, there are only a few questions to answer. In the last step, we have the opportunity to upload a profile picture.

This registration process makes a good first impression. At the outset, we assume this website is reliable. But it is possible to skip every single question. This is not a good sign. This online dating site claims to be a matchmaker. You are supposed to be able to find international matches here from other continents. To achieve this goal, a lot of personal information is required. But this website lets us create an empty profile without any personal information. Things would be very different if the questionnaire were obligatory.

After completing the final three stages of registration, we are redirected to the members´ area. We see the website and can visit each of its sections. It is possible to see all the site’s contents, including members’ profile pictures. We can do all this without verifying our new account. This is another no-no. Your personal data is not secure here. Anyone can register and access your personal information. In our experience, failure to insist on a verification process opens the door to fake profiles. Again, the situation would be quite different were verification obligatory.

Members’ area on VictoriaHearts.com

After we completed registration, we visited the portal. First, the website has a modern and appealing appearance. We have a good overview of the site. At the top of the portal, we see its various areas. And on the left side, we see our statistics, our received and sent messages and our notifications.

This website does not offer premium membership. Costs only arise from buying credits. So we were able to visit all the platform’s different areas. This includes other members’ profiles. We could visit these and read the supplementary personal information they contain. And we could view users’ private images. All this worked fine even though our account isn’t verified. As we see it, this amounts to poor data protection. Anyone can join this site to access personal information. Actually, this should be a no-go.

The members´ area of VictoriaHearts.com is filled with plenty of good-looking women. We checked the members´ pool. Each page shows 12 members. This website has countless pages. So the chances of meeting someone special here should be good. And the profiles just look stunning. We scrolled through the members´ area and did not find a single average-looking person. Well, this might create a promising impression at first. But we know it hints at the use of fake profiles. The profiles on this website are obviously fictitious.

The only problem is that legal proof is missing. The operator does not admit anything about fake profiles in the site’s legal information. Neither is there any admission that moderated chat is used. But this website definitely uses fake chat. We received numerous messages from other members. Generally speaking, this is a clear sign of moderation. Fake chat operators control the profiles to encourage us to chat. There is no chance we would attract this much genuine attention.

We did not provide a single item of personal information. Our profile does not even contain a profile picture; nor is it even verified. Nonetheless, several good-looking young users want to chat with us. And they relate their erotic fantasies to us too. The longer we stayed on this website, the more suspicious we became. Ultimately, we do not need legal proof from the terms and conditions. The signs of fake chat are too obvious to mistake.

The goal of moderation is to increase the operator’s income. Costs will develop for credits needed to send messages. A fake chat operator tries to generate as many messages as possible.

Costs on VictoriaHearts.com

Registration is free. No premium membership subscription is offered. So we could access all the site’s features unrestricted. We were able to see the profile pictures. Plus, we could visit profiles to read additional personal information about each member. Users tend to upload a lot more than just one image as their profile picture. On average, each member has about 10 pictures on their profiles. We were allowed to see most of these.

Plus, we were allowed to read messages. We would only have had to pay to send messages. It does not make any difference whether we make first contact or just reply to another user. Sending messages always entails costs.

Costs will develop for credits needed to chat. 10 credits are needed to send an image. Five credits are needed if we want to send a sticker. A personal message only costs two credits. Well, the costs for one message might sound low, but they aren’t. On the internet, we found reviews alleging high costs. We were not able to calculate the costs of using this website. To see the offers of credits, we would have had to enter our credit card details first. Obviously, we didn’t do this.

Generally speaking, you should never provide your credit card details before seeing what’s actually on offer. It might end in a trap. A subscription trap seems unlikely here, as premium membership is not offered. But this website operates an automatic re-billing system that buys new credits automatically. This could be a trap. However, proof that it is a trap is missing. Still, never provide your credit card too quickly when making purchases on the internet.

We see a special offer. 20 credits are offered for 2.99 USD. But this appears to be a one-time offer. Later, the costs of credits might rise. And don’t underestimate the costs on this site. One message only costs two credits. But you will have to send a lot of messages to another member to get to know her. This website is a matchmaker. Its goal is therefore to find your true love. This means you’ll have to send countless messages. The costs will eventually mount up to a huge sum.

Plus, the website is a waste of time and money. We feel it obviously uses fake chat. The profiles look too good to be true. Moreover, the fake profiles are definitely moderated. The large number of messages we received tell a clear story. You pay money here to chat with a fake chat operator who controls a fictitious profile.

Conclusion from our VictoriaHearts.com experience

The online dating portal VictoriaHearts.com is a rip-off. It uses fake chat. Admittedly, legal proof of moderated chat is missing. In the terms and conditions, we did not find any admission about moderation. This website does not state anything about fictitious profiles or the purpose of entertainment. But in any case, we received a lot of messages right after registration. Plus, the profiles on the site are clearly fake.

We did not find a single person who looks like an average woman. Each profile shows a perfect-looking model. This cannot be real. And the chances of our being genuinely contacted by other members are very low. We did not provide a single piece of personal information or verify our account. Nonetheless, a lot of good-looking young women contacted us just minutes after we acquired membership. Their goal is to encourage us to chat.

Costs will develop for sending messages. The goal is to generate as many messages as possible. To achieve this, fake chat operators will not identify themselves as fictitious people. Their fake profiles are not marked as fictitious content, either. The operator of the site is VictoriaHearts, which is based in Limassol, Cyprus. This location is incidentally a hotspot for scammers.

yes indeed i was contacted by a person who worked at one time for one of the operators & was told the men on chat with paid translators some of whom are men running multiple profiles. When I discovered the real women’s facebook or instigram accounts it proved that some of the women lived in different countries, did different jobs & never acknowledged that you had been in contact with them on the site Back on the site they claimed a third party ran their social media pages. I was informed by the former employer of a number of cases where men flew out to the countries to meet the women only to be stood up or given excuses why they could not meet them. All contact information given after spending over $800 is fake & the women refuse to use it to correspond with the men. Even the supposedly private emails given by the site are also run by the site. but as I say rarely work. So you can see a big scam not cheeky but criminal & fraudulent
