Report for SpicyHotties.com review

SpicyHotties.com advertises itself as an online dating platform, where users can chat and meet with attractive singles, in their area. The homepage is simple, yet nicely designed, and it claims to be free to join. Apart from that, and a suggestive photo of a woman in the background, there is not much information on the landing page.

The operator of SpicyHotties.com is Ruby Bell Ltd. This company is based in Thorpe-Le-Soken, in the United Kingdom. Though this website appears to be reliable at first sight, our review found it to be a fake chat scam. We consider this website to be a scam. Users are not adequately informed that many of the accounts here are fictional, and run by fake chat operators.

Not only do we see this website as a fake chat scam, but our experience, in creating an account, also found that it is an expensive rip-off. Sending messages here costs money. Users must purchase a premium subscription to unlock all the features of the site. In our opinion, there is very little chance of finding a real date using this site. So, we would not suggest it to anyone who is looking for a genuine connection.

Details on the SpicyHotties.com review

An initial look at SpicyHotties.com, yields a great first impression. The website’s layout is nicely designed, and registration for an account, is free. After doing some digging, however, we discovered that there is a fake chat scam here. Sadly, the fine print on the website, and the Terms and Conditions, reveal that users will be interacting with “virtual profiles” on this site.

Additionally, our review found that SpicyHotties.com is not free, as users are led to believe. Users are required to buy an expensive subscription before they can chat. As users are not sufficiently informed that this site is full of chatbots, we consider this a subscription rip-off. There is also a possibility of a subscription trap here. The operator of this website is Ruby Bell Ltd, from Thorpe-Le-Soken, in the United Kingdom.

Virtual profiles

As soon as we created our test account, our profile was bombarded with messages from suspicious profiles. We looked at the profiles individually. We found that they were all marked with the tag “Online Hottie.” The Terms and Conditions reveal that this tag is used to mark a fake profile. As users are unlikely to notice this in the terms, they will probably not be aware that these attractive profiles are fictional. They are controlled by chatbots, or company employees.

From the Terms and Conditions

According to the Bolstering Online Transparency Act or any other equivalent regulation that may be applicable, We have added the tag with the nickname “Online Hottie” to all the Automated Profiles that are being used in Our Website, so You can clearly identify them. Such tag will always be displayed on the top bottom right of the user’s identification information […]

Expensive subscription

Another issue we found with this website, is the expensive subscription fee. A premium subscription on this site is required, for users who wish to unlock the chatting feature. Therefore, all users who want to interact with other members and reply to messages, must spend money. As we have previously noted, most of the accounts on this website are fictional, and cannot be met in real life. For this reason, we consider this to be a subscription rip-off.

It is worth noting, that there is a high likelihood of this website being a subscription trap as well. Subscription payments automatically renew if not cancelled. Also, we have deemed this site to be untrustworthy. In our experience, there is a chance of a subscription trap.

The conclusion from our SpicyHotties.com review

Though SpicyHotties.com looked like a promising dating site on the surface, a more thorough look, found that it is a fake chat scam. Users are not sufficiently informed that there are fake profiles here, which are run by chatbots. As members must purchase an expensive subscription to chat with any account on this site, we consider this a fake chat scam and a subscription rip-off. Overall, we cannot recommend this site.
