Report for RollosFaciles.com review

The RollosFaciles.com website is an online dating platform which has a simple interface. The landing page has very little text and images. You just click on the “Login Now” button to register, and get access to the members page. This site does not present much, just three small images that continuously follow each other. From the beginning, we can tell you that this is a fake chat scam, and rip-off. That is all you can experience on this site. The company uses fake chat operators, who are paid to chat with registered members.

As always, we created an account, to experience the services of this site and give you details in our review. RollosFaciles.com, owned by Marbore Web Solutions Ltd, from Sofia, in Bulgaria, operates as an online dating site, and social network. This is what they say, in their Terms and Conditions. But our experience with this site is quite different. There was no review by any member, to be found on the internet.

This company has designed their member page so that you continuously receive messages, pop-ups, and notifications. You are saturated with little red icons all over the site. All of this is designed to encourage you, to upgrade to a paid membership. But for what purpose? To chat with fake profiles created by the company. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. We call it a scam, plain and simple.

Details on the RollosFaciles.com review

RollosFaciles.com offers a very simple, and easy to navigate, member interface. The colors are well-chosen, and the graphics are very pleasing. However, as soon as we create our account, and access the members page, we are greeted by tons of messages and alerts. Apparently, these are from people who have been waiting for us. What is strange, is that these people had already prepared the messages they were going to send to new members. When we searched the Internet for reviews from members of this site, we found absolutely nothing about RollosFaciles.com.

Fake chat rip-off

Chatting with a fake chat operator, or chatbot, instead of a real person, is frustrating for the person who took the time to register on the site, and pay a subscription. Unfortunately, this is the experience you have on RollosFaciles.com. This site is run by Marbore Web Solutions Ltd, from Sofia, in Bulgaria. Moreover, the site’s Terms and Conditions, reveal that there are fictitious profiles among the site’s members. Therefore, it does not guarantee the veracity of all the profiles present on its platform. This is illogical and unacceptable, for a dating site which claims to be reputable.

We have found corresponding references in the terms

We do not guarantee that all the profiles found in search will belong to other users, as we reserve the right to create profiles which are maintained and managed by our employees (“Staff Profiles”). The purpose of these Staff Profiles is to ensure our Services are operating properly by allowing us to test the Services, features and functionalities, and to research our products and Services.

Subscription rip-off

To chat with profiles, you must subscribe to a membership, which allows you unlimited chat time. Plus, you can view members’ photos, share videos and photos in the chat, and receive premium support. The subscription rates are as follows. One day, costs $0.99. One week, is $0.39, per day. A whole month, is $27.01, and three months, costs $15.15, per month. Subscription renewal is automatic.

If you want to cancel, the site gives you up to 72 hours to do so. RollosFaciles.com offers a 1-day trial. This will also renew automatically, into a monthly subscription. With a cancellation period of 72 hours, this is definitely a trick, and a rip-off, as this is not physically possible. This is a subscription rip-off.

The conclusion from our RollosFaciles.com review

We were disappointed when we tested the services of the dating site RollosFaciles.com. The platform requires you to pay a subscription fee, to chat with fake profiles. The company pays chat moderators to chat on behalf of these fake profiles. It also uses chatbots to send messages, and notifications, indiscriminately. In the end, we found ourselves surrounded by these fake chat operators. This is a site that we do not recommend for a real chat experience, with real human beings.
