Report for ProvocativeNeighbors.com review

ProvocativeNeighbors.com is advertised as “an adult platform, with thousands of members signing up every day!” The landing page describes Provocative Neighbors as a social platform where men and women can flirt and fulfill their fantasies. At the top of the landing page is a bright, fuchsia pink “JOIN NOW” call-to-action button, with several photos below it, depicting “girl next door-types” from various ethnic backgrounds. These photos show young women in different climates and appropriate clothing. This pseudo-realistic variety of profile pictures may lead one to believe that they have a chance to meet actual living people.

However, this website is managed by Meteor Interactive BV, a digital marketing company based in Utrecht, in The Netherlands. Not only is Holland a hot spot for known scam-dating sites, but Meteor Interactive BV is no stranger to bad press and negative reviews for running scams. Most likely prompted by their legal team, Meteor Interactive BV strongly advises potential members “to read our Terms and Conditions before using our service.”

ProvocativeNeighbors.com gives a good, initial impression, but members will soon discover that their flirting will be with “fictional entertainers’ profiles” and that physical contact “is not possible.” If you are not keen on wasting time and money on fake chats that lead nowhere, we suggest that you steer clear of this site.

Details on the ProvocativeNeighbors.com review

The online socializing platform, ProvocativeNeighbors.com, advertises a free sign up, with empty promises of flirting and having fun with other consenting adults. After some digging, we discovered that this Netherlands-based operator is well-known for managing a network of scams and subscription rip-offs.

Fake chats with fictitious profiles are admitted by the site’s operator, Meteor Interactive BV from Utrecht, in The Netherlands, on their landing page. “ProvocativeNeighbors.com is designed for pleasure and entertainment. Fictional entertainers’ profiles marked with a heart icon are for entertainment purposes only, physical contact is not possible.” Additionally, users must subscribe and pay for “credits” to chat with these bots. Payment plans are outlined on the site’s pricing page. No refunds are available, and users cannot claim the statutory cooling-off period.

Negative reputation

There are several online reviews from users who shared their negative experiences with this enterprise. Users gave this site a 1-star rating on Google, with “Beware!” and warnings of a “complete scam,” “bots,” and subscription rip-offs. Furthermore, a recent review on Reddit.com exposed “WomenwithSecrets.com” as one of the “other dangerous sites run by known scammers Meteor Interactive.”

So, yet another dating site operated by Meteor Interactive BV, FlirtingNeighborsusa.com, supports their modus operandi of scamming. They offer fake experiences for real money. Furthermore, this site is an exact replica of ProvocativeNeighbors.com, as they share everything and are identical. This includes, the landing page, profiles, and photos, and the “about us” page, Terms and Conditions, and pricing pages. We view this as a total lack of creativity.

The following excerpt is taken from the Terms and Conditions

THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR ESTABLISHING MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS.

A total scam

A review of this company’s Terms and Conditions reveals other fraudulent and unethical business practices. Including, denial of Due Process, as all potential legal disputes will take place in the courts of The Netherlands. There is also an automatic waiver of the Dutch Civil code Statutory cooling-off period, and an involuntary consent to updated Terms and Conditions, upon each sign-in.

Despite ProvocativeNeighbors.com being targeted for users in the USA, all potential legal disputes will be handled in the small claim courts of Amsterdam. There are automatic waivers to rights to a jury trial, rights to a class-action suit, or any rights to seek monetary damages, and changes to the company’s operating system.

The conclusion from our ProvocativeNeighbors.com review

Given the company’s less than noble track record of doing business, along with their written admissions of using fictitious profiles, we advise you to look elsewhere. Stay away from this platform. If, for some reason, you still want to give ProvocativeNeighbors.com a try, remember that ProvocativeNeighbors.com can never deliver on its promise of flirting and having fun with other, living adults. Physical meetings are simply not possible here.
