Apparently, all you must do is register for free, to get unlimited access to all the attractive singles who are on the site. Also, it claims to be a safe and secure platform. The operator is Meteor Interactive BV, from Groot-Ammers, in The Netherlands.

The operator of this website has quite a poor reputation online. Not only have they received many negative user reviews, and experiences, but we have also given them multiple bad reviews in the past. For this reason, we decided to do some more extensive research on this website. The more we investigated, the more problems we found.

Though this website leads people to believe that you can find dates here, this is not true. We reviewed the terms of service and made a test account. We found that this website is a fake chat scam and a rip-off. All the profiles here are fake and cannot be contacted in real life. Also, it is extremely expensive to chat. Users must purchase virtual credits, which can be spent to send messages. Overall, we do not recommend this website to anyone looking to meet genuine people.

OurSecretMatch.com gives a great first impression. It seems to be a dating platform where local singles can connect and meetup for dates, hookups, and even find love. Though the website makes a lot of promises on their homepage, these are all misleading. The landing page claims that users can sign up for free and gain unlimited access to all the attractive profiles. It also states that the site is safe. The fact that we found evidence of a fake chat scam, means that neither of these claims are true.

To investigate this website, we created our own account, and thoroughly examined the Terms and Conditions. In the terms, the operator admits to using fictitious profiles and fake chat operators. It states that all the accounts are fake and cannot be met in real life. In our experience, all the profiles we interacted with were fictitious. In addition, users must pay to chat with these fake chat operators and bots, which is a huge rip-off.

Full of fake profiles

The terms of service on OurSecretMatch.com states that it is a “fantasy entertainment” service, and not a dating site. This contrasts with what many people are led to believe when looking at the site. As it turns out, there is likely no chance of finding someone real here.

When first logging into our test account, our mailbox immediately started filling up with invitations to chat. In the terms, the operator states that fictitious accounts are marked with a heart icon. All the profiles which contacted us had this icon, meaning they were all fake.

Not only are the profiles not genuine on this site, but it is very expensive to talk with them. When we attempted to reply to one of the fictitious profiles’ messages, we were directed to a payment page. This page stated that we must purchase an expensive bundle of virtual “credits”, which could then be used to send messages. This is another rip-off from the operator, Meteor Interactive BV from Groot-Ammers, in The Netherlands.

Despite seeming trustworthy at first, our review found that OurSecretMatch.com, run by Meteor Interactive BV, from the Netherlands, is another fake chat scam. Users will find that they must pay for virtual credits if they want to chat. This is an expensive rip-off because you will have to pay for each message. Also, all the profiles here are fake. This site admits to using fictitious profiles and chatbots to interact with users, which we found to be true, during our test.
