Report for FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com review

FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com is touted as an online entertainment and social networking website. Here, consenting adults can flirt, connect, and fulfill their wildest fantasies. Potential members can “sign up for free…and have fun!” The landing page is designed simply. There is a black background with the site’s name in bright, fuchsia-colored fonts, plus profile photos, and a short statement from the site’s operator. This seems promising, especially to a lonely man or woman who is looking for an online experience to flirt with like-minded adults.

Located just below the site’s name is an all too present, bright pink and white, JOIN NOW! Button. Further scrolling reveals rows of profile photos featuring an eerily all-female neighborhood. These women appear to come from various ethnic and geographical backgrounds, with ages ranging from early 20s to mid-40s. While this realistic variety of women may lend some legitimacy to an unsuspecting, potential user, further scrolling will quickly quash any hopes for connecting with real, live people.

Just below the women’s photos is a statement from the site’s operator, Meteor Interactive BV from Utrecht, in The Netherlands, “FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com is designed for pleasure and entertainment.” Fictional profiles are employed and “physical contact with these profiles is not possible.” This Netherlands-based company is well known for running fake chats and subscription scams on their multiple dating site rip-offs.

Details on the FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com review

FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com is a social platform designed for adult entertainment and online experiences. ScamAdviser.com warns us against this site as its trustworthiness is rated at 1%. They report fake profiles. Some recent online reviews expose the site’s operator, Meteor Interactive BV, as a known scammer. They run several dangerous and fraudulent dating sites.

Users pay to talk with profiles, with the hope of connecting with live adults. However, this operator regularly employs chatbots, to ensure recurring payments. Members do not realize that they are paying for virtual experiences with fictitious profiles.

Real money for Fake chats

Users must pay for “credits.” The payment options are included on the pricing page; however, the payment scheme is puzzling. For example, one can buy16 credits for $9.90, which is $0.60, per message, or 25 credits for $50, which is $2.00, per message. 300 credits cost $299.00, which is $1.00 per message. We understand the discounted rate of $1.00 per message, with the purchase of 300 credits. But the price jump from 16 to 25 credits leads us to believe that the company wants us to repeatedly buy a low-credit package, resulting in a rip-off by using recurring payments.

Refunds, partial or whole, are not available and unused credits expire after 3 months. A review of the company’s Terms and Conditions reveals unethical business practices. Members are denied consumer and legal protection. Use of the site includes an automatic waiver of the Dutch Civil Code Statutory cooling-off period. Even more egregious, is that US-based users are denied Due Process, as all legal disputes will be handled in the Netherlands. They are barred from seeking changes to the company’s websites, or business operations.

The following excerpt is taken from the Terms and Conditions

THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICES AND THE CONTENT ARE BEING PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE USED FOR ESTABLISHING MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS.

Many companies involved

The company claims compliance with US Federal Law § 2257. This law relates to record-keeping requirements for producers of sexually explicit material. Within their 2257 statement, the Operator claims records storage with Aurora Marketing LTD, from the Bahamas. However, this company reports Tel Aviv and Seychelles addresses, not the Bahamas. Furthermore, the Bahamas address is associated with Trident Corporate Services LTD. It seems there are a lot of companies involved, and this whole operation lacks transparency.

The conclusion from our FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com review

Meteor Interactive BV is a company notorious for fictitious profiles and unscrupulous business practices. Light digging unearthed a plethora of red flags and admissions of fraud by this company, throughout its site. However, if you find yourself dazzled by the immediate call-to-action button, or the photos of the beautiful, all-female, and flirtatious content, you may fall prey to this scam. It may be difficult to discern between fact and fiction on FlirtingNeighborsUSA.com, so our advice is to stay away.
