Report for CasualWives.com review

The main page of CasualWives.com makes a great first impression. Apparently, it is free to register and start meeting hot singles in your area. It also contains numerous images of beautiful women, which suggests that these are examples of real members. Additionally, the homepage features recent status updates from users, making it seem like a popular and active dating site. The operator of CasualWives.com is Theme Bow Ltd, from East Sussex, in the United Kingdom.

Even though it seems like a promising place for adults to find casual dates and hookups, our review of CasualWives.com found that it is a fake chat scam. The operator admits to using automated fake profiles. These cannot be met in real life. Upon closer inspection, it seems that most, if not all, of the accounts here, are fictional. Because users are not adequately notified of this fact, we see this as a fake chat scam.

In addition to the fake chat operators and fictional profiles on this site, it is also a rip-off. The website is not entirely free to use, as most people would assume. If users want to unlock the ability to chat, they must participate in a monthly subscription service. This requires paying an expensive subscription fee, which may be difficult to cancel. As users may unknowingly be enticed into spending money to chat with a fake profile, we consider CasualWives.com to be a scam.

Details on the CasualWives.com review

Despite looking like a great dating site at first, our investigation of CasualWives.com revealed that it is simply a fake chat scam. Based on our experience, the chances of coming across anyone real here are extremely low. Not only are you unlikely to find a date, but it is also a rip-off. The operator of this website requires users to purchase an expensive monthly subscription, if they wish to unlock the important features, including the ability to chat. The name of this operator is Theme Bow Ltd. This company is from East Sussex in the United Kingdom.

Full of fake profiles

A big issue we took with CasualWives.com is that most profiles are fake. We know this because of a section in the Terms and Conditions. This explicitly states that the operator uses “automated online accounts” to enhance the “entertainment” of users. In our experience, from creating an account to test the site, we noticed that all profiles on the members’ page were marked with the tag “Digital Foxy.” The terms reveal that this tag identifies fictional profiles.

Though the website operator admits to populating CasualWives.com with fake accounts in the Terms and Conditions, it is unlikely that many users will read the entire document, to find this information. Therefore, users could easily be lured into purchasing the expensive subscription, to chat with a fake chat operator, or chatbot. We see this as a scam.

From the Terms and Conditions

The purpose of the implementation of Automated Profiles in Our Website is to enhance Your amusement experience and providing You with entertaining and conversational services, so You can be stimulated to use Our Services more extensively, for example, by helping You to intercommunicate better with other users which are actually real.

According to the Bolstering Online Transparency Act or any other equivalent regulation that may be applicable, We have added the tag with the nickname “Digital Foxy” to all the Automated Profiles that are being used in Our Website, so You can clearly identify them.

Expensive subscription

Another red flag about this website is that users must pay for an expensive premium membership if they wish to send messages. These subscriptions automatically renew if not cancelled. However, not much information is provided about the procedure for cancelling a subscription. This could easily turn into a subscription trap. Considering that it seems nearly impossible to find someone genuine to talk to here, this is a rip-off and not worth the risk.

The conclusion from our CasualWives.com review

We conducted a thorough review of CasualWives.com, ultimately concluding that it is a fake chat scam, and a subscription rip-off. Sending messages to other members on this site requires the purchase of an expensive, and automatically renewing subscription. Also, we discovered that most of the profiles here are fake. This is based on information outlined in the Terms and Conditions, as well as our first-hand experience using the site. Overall, we cannot recommend this site.
