Report for OnLuxy.com review
OnLuxy.com is an online dating site designed for millionaire singles who want to find true love among like-minded people. Since it supposedly accepts wealthy members only, the site attracts people with potentially impure motivations. The company behind the website implemented a filter called Anti-Scam System” to detect people with false identities.
This millionaire matchmaker portal promises to have filthy rich members with verified incomes up to 500 thousand US dollars per month. It also does not accept members who seek a sugar baby and sugar daddy arrangement. Sounds promising at the first glance, but we often make bad experience later during our review. The operator is Luxy LTD from Hong Kong. After reading statements from former customers, the member’s area seems to be full of faked profiles and scammers. The people also complain about the very bad customer service.

Details on the OnLuxy.com review
OnLuxy.com claims to be an online dating platform for the super-successful, rich, and beautiful. But of course, everybody is free to join, and it is a good thing that there is a feature to get your identity verified to prove that you are a genuine member and a real person. Unfortunately, the reality looks different. If we believe the countless negative reviews, then the member’s area is full of fake profiles and scammers. The former members accuse the portal of rip-off. We could not find real proof for the accusation. But from our experience, something is fishy on the portal.
Signing up on the online dating portal OnLuxy.com is very simple and easy and does take just a few minutes. After that, the so-called “Vouching Process” starts, which means you need a minimum of 50% votes from current members to be accepted. The delay due to the Vouching Process may put off some people and make them feel impatient. Most of the nicer features come with the paid plan and are not available to free members. The subscriptions aren’t cheap either and have an automatic renewal.
The operator behind the website
The company which runs the online dating portal OnLuxy.com is Hong Kong based Luxy LTD. We never encountered the operator before, and therefore we have neither good nor bad experience with them. Positive on the portal are the very good features and tools and that you can send unlimited “roses” to members that interest you.
What stands out are the many allegations of fraud by former members. These accuse the operator of canceling their memberships for no reason and continuing to make debits. False debits are also allegedly being made. Instead of the monthly contribution, the annual contributions are debited. If one contacts the very poor, almost non-existent customer service, the membership is terminated without a word. We were unable to find any solid evidence of such a rip-off during our review.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 23/08/2021)
This app stole my money. They offer memberships at monthly rates yet charged my card nearly $500 for the entire year upfront. When I complained they REFUSED TO REFUND me. Their pricing is deceitful. Their customer service is lacking and they communicate poorly. I am very dissatisfied that I was deceived, taken advantage of and disrespected by this app. They stole my money.
The conclusion from our OnLuxy.com review
Despite the many allegations on the internet about fake profiles, scammers and unjustified debits, we could not find any real evidence of a rip-off. But in our experience, it is probably better to stay away from OnLuxy.com from Hong Kong based operator Luxy LTD, the whole thing smells fishy.

This site sucks. Stay away. Even after paying a lot of money, you’re only allowed 15 swipes per day. Many of these people are not in your zip code, nor are they what you’re looking for. Then, to talk to them, it costs more money!!! I asked for a refund 24 hours after I signed up and they refused to give me one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
