At first glance, the site looks reliable. The homepage is pleasant and does not give away the scam it is hiding. However, a close examination of the TOS allows us to say this site is a fake chat scam. The operator relies on chat operators who will try to inveigle new users into buying overpriced credits. In reality, no dates can be expected on this site, but just money being lost. We know this operator and have already tested plenty of its websites. Each time, our experience has proved negative and uncovered the same type of scam in operation.

At first sight, OneClickDates.com looks like a legit dating portal. The landing page is inviting and does not give any indication of the scam hidden behind it. Sadly, after reviewing the terms and conditions, we can only advise against signing up: this website is a fake chat scam that uses fake operators who manage fake profiles to lure users into spending money. The chances of enjoying a real date are therefore virtually non-existent.

The company responsible for this disreputable service is Meet Us Media LTD, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is known to us already, as we have tested other websites run by the same operator. Each time, our experience has been negative, and our review has exposed the same type of scam in use.

The landing page of OneClickDates.com looks like those of many other dating sites. There is a picture of a smiling couple in the background and a registration form with some information about the services provided. As usual in our reviews, we decided to subject the website to a thorough test to know what we were dealing with.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Our review showed the operator is running a fake chat scam. This didn’t come as a surprise, as we have extensive experience with this operator, and this is a very common rip-off on all platforms managed by this company. There are simply no dates to look forward to on this site, whose sole objective seems to be to empty users’ pockets to fill those of the operator.

Fake profiles

In the TOS, the operator admits it creates “system profiles” operated by company contractors to interact with users. Look no further: as users cannot know they are chatting with fake chat operators, we consider this to be a patent rip-off.

The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience.

The coin system

“Coins” are required to interact with other members. And naturally they are a rip-off. These obligatory coins can be purchased in packages. The price of a single coin may not seem too steep, but bear in mind that 20 coins are needed for every single message! Well, you might be rich after all, and decide this gorgeous looking lady is well worth the money. The bad news is that spending a lot of money does not increase your chances of meeting anyone: this system is nothing but a fake chat scam.

The company behind this website is Meet Us Media LTD, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is not new to us, as we have already reviewed several of its websites. We also found a lot of negative comments online from former users who complain about losing money from this scam.

OneClickDates.com is just another scam from an operator we know very well. It relies on contractors and computer-generated messages whose only purpose is to lure users into buying overpriced coins through fake chat. There is no one to meet here, but only money to lose. We strongly advise against registering on this website to avoid a terrible experience. The sole purpose of this site is clearly to scam as many users as possible.
