In the past, we have given this operator multiple poor reviews for their websites. We tested MaturnOn.com, hoping that this one would be different. Sadly, this was not the case, and our suspicions were confirmed. It turns out that this website is just another fake chat scam. It also contains a dangerous subscription trap.

In our experience, and through reading the terms of service, as well as creating an account to test out the features of the website, we concluded that this site is a rip-off. There is little to no chance of meeting anyone real on this platform, as it is full of fictitious profiles. Overall, finding a date here is highly unlikely, so we consider this site to be a rip-off.

Despite seeming trustworthy on the outside, our review discovered that it is simply another fake chat scam, from Neosolut Web Services LTD. This is a company based in Larnaca, in Cyprus. We have previously written negative reviews about other rip-off sites from this operator, and they have a poor reputation online.

The site employs fake chat operators and chatting bots which interact with users and encourage them to purchase a subscription to chat. This subscription is dangerous because it is expensive, and probably difficult to cancel. To be safe, we recommend staying far away from this website, and any others from this operator.

Fictitious accounts and suspicious messages

Right after we signed in to our test account, we noticed our inbox began filling up with invitations to chat. This was suspicious because our profile was completely empty. In our experience, this indicates that the website is using fake chat operators.

Looking at the Terms and Conditions, we saw that the operator admits to sending users automated messages and communications, which they call “Activity Notifications.” This might seem harmless, but the terms also mention that some of these messages will require a paid membership to read or respond to. This is a big sign that the website is using chatbots and fake chat operators, to lure users into the subscription trap.

Not only is it highly unlikely that you will find genuine users on this site, but it will also cost a lot of money to find out. Unlocking the chatting feature on this website requires the purchase of an expensive and auto-renewing subscription. The operator offers a tempting 3-day trial, which comes at a very cheap price. This is enticing, but it is a scam.

The terms explain that users must cancel their subscription at least 3 days before it expires. If you buy the 3-day trial, this is impossible, so you will be charged the full monthly price, no matter what.

We hoped that MaturnOn.com, run by Neosolut Web Services LTD, from Cyprus, would be a platform where older adults can safely chat and meet with local singles. But our review found that it is just another fake chat scam, equipped with subscription rip-off. Most, if not all, of the profiles here are probably run by fake chat operators or chatbots. These operators cannot be met in real life. Also, unlocking the chatting feature is extremely expensive. Users must purchase an auto-renewing subscription, which is difficult to cancel.
