All turned out to be scams. We also found out the same for this review. This platform is a dangerous subscription rip-off.

Expensive and dangerous subscriptions

To chat on this platform, users must pay for a monthly membership. These memberships are expensive. One month costs $38.59. But the price is not the biggest problem. As usual, for our review, we registered on the platform to find out how it works. After registration, we were redirected to a payment platform. Here, we discovered that the operator offers a trial membership for just one day, at the very attractive price of only $0.99.

This offer looks interesting, but it is a subscription rip-off. All memberships here will renew automatically unless cancelled by the customer. Although automatic renewal is not always a scam, it is a dangerous policy here. In the terms and conditions, we read that to cancel any subscription, the customer must terminate it at least 3 days before the subscription expires. Although this may sound acceptable, it is a real trap. It is impossible to cancel a one-day membership with the conditions mentioned above.

Apart from being a subscription rip-off, this platform also hides another scam. After registering, we received a lot of suspicious messages. We cannot be sure if the messages were sent by the system’s bots or by fake chat operators. What we know for sure is that they were not sent by real people. It was not a surprise to discover this fake chat scam. It is quite normal to find both scams together on sites run by this operator. Unfortunately, we could not find written evidence for this scam in the terms and conditions.
