Report for Dates4Fun.com review

Dates4Fun.com is a dating site that advertises free registration and local adventures. Furthermore, the operator also guarantees encounters. What they do not tell you, is the fact that this is only true for virtual encounters, not for dates in real life. The company responsible for this site is Dateblaster AG, based in Cham, in Switzerland.

Dates4Fun.com is a typical subscription rip-off, where a subscription is required to send a message in the chat. In fact, non-paying users cannot even read the messages in their mailbox. They are not supposed to find out that the other members on this dating site are not genuine. This is a moderated dating service. Fake chat operators send several messages to the users. They advertise a premium membership, which turns out to be a subscription trap.

Details on the Dates4Fun.com review

The user-friendly front page of Dates4Fun.com makes signing up easy. Apparently, the operator does not want to share a lot of information with the visitors of the front page. However, we are informed that this dating site is used by genuine people. They say that all the profiles are reviewed manually. This information is misleading to say the least. Dates4Fun.com is full of moderated fake profiles. They are part of a bigger scam.

There is something wrong with the other profiles

It is extremely difficult to find more than just a few user reviews for this dating site. So, we decide to sign up and get a better look ourselves. While signing up, we skip as many steps as possible and do not even upload a profile photo. Surprisingly, this does not stop the other members from contacting us immediately. Considering our profile is very boring and nobody seems to know the site, this seems very suspicious.

We are certain that the other members are fake. Even though there is no statement announcing the existence of fictitious profiles in the terms and conditions. From our experience with fake chat scams, we know that this does not have to mean a thing. But in this case, the fake profiles are probably controlled by fake chat operators. They are employees of the company. It is their task to entice the users to chat with them.

Expensive subscriptions

We cannot answer the messages we have received. In fact, we cannot even read them. To solve this problem, we are required to sign up for a premium membership. Any membership on Dates4Fun.com is a subscription. This will automatically renew until we cancel it 14 days before the next term. This fact is supposed to remain a secret. It seems the operator does not want us to cancel in time.

The dating site is operated by Dateblaster AG, from Cham, in Switzerland. This Swiss company runs several scam dating sites. We read about cancellations which were submitted in time but are often ignored. That makes this rip-off even worse.

The conclusion from our Dates4Fun.com review

It seems impossible to arrange real-life dates on Dates4Fun.com, even after paying money to unlock the chat function. Fake chat operators are an essential part of this site. They send messages to every newly registered user. It is their goal to advertise the paid subscription. Cancelling your subscription on here is a difficult task. Therefore, it is a dangerous rip-off.
