Report for CheatingDirectory.com review

The customer-focused homepage of CheatingDirectory.com shows a young woman looking at her phone with an intrigued expression on her face. As the name suggests, she is probably ready to cheat on her significant other. The site claims to offer discreet and exciting affairs with compatible sexual partners within the local area. This portal is advertised as the most user-friendly mobile dating platform. That was until we looked at the landing page more closely and spotted some typos which hinted at this site not being credible.

While doing our research for this review, we discovered that the company behind CheatingDirectory.com is Meet Us Media LTD, which is based in Nicosia, Cyprus. This operator runs several dating sites that are all scams. We know this because we have dealt with them before and have experience using their platforms. CheatingDirectory.com is no different and is a waste of time and money, just like all the other sites that belong to the operator.

This dating portal is a fake chat service that tricks members into paying for sending messages to people who are not even real. There is a high cost for whoever falls into this trap. The landing page seemed like it was professionally made, well-designed, and has a member’s pool filled with attractive users. However, users shouldn’t be fooled by appearances.

Details on the CheatingDirectory.com review

CheatingDirectory.com seemed to be a trustworthy and effective dating site, but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, right after we signed up for a membership and made a boring profile with no picture, messages began pouring in with no explanation. It was clear that those messages came from chatbots because no real person would send countless messages to an empty profile. Chatbots engage users in endless conversations, hoping users will give in and pay for the services to see the relentless messages, and engage members endlessly.

In the legal section, the site openly admits to the use of computer-based profiles. Anyone who reads it would know that the operator is trying to rip off people on this site. It also said that users are not allowed to have a face-to-face meeting with computer-based profiles, which is an odd thing to point out. Even though the members’ pool is full, it’s more than likely that real encounters will never happen. We also found some negative reviews about this website that is operated by the company known as Meet Us Media LTD, which is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 15/03/2023)

The Company operates system profiles […] and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.

Free Registration

After skimming through the Terms & Conditions of CheatingDirectory.com, we clearly saw that registering for an account is free, although messaging is not. A virtual currency called “coins” is necessary for chatting with other members on this site. After giving it some thought, we wondered if it’s worth it to pay for a service that would most likely lead to an interaction with chatbots.

They offered a promotion for $1.69 that would supposedly highlight our profile for a day. What for? Just to get more attention from fake profiles? The more we interact with the site (like completing our profile or daily logins), the more coins we earn for free. However, only a small number of coins would be rewarded for uses, and they’re probably not enough. If users want to get more than 200 coins at once to message other users, they will need to purchase them. The price ranges from $10.99 to $229, depending on the chosen package of coins.

The conclusion from our CheatingDirectory.com review

A fake dating website like CheatingDirectory.com can lead to emotional and financial harm for users as its main goal is to rip off users. From our experience, it has no intention of finding potential sexual partners for its users. On the contrary, it’s designed to make users spend money to chat with fake profiles. We wouldn’t recommend wasting any time or money on this scam. Instead, just choose another reputable dating platform that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and satisfaction.
