    Report for ZenDate.com review

ZenDate.com offers free registration. But after registration, costs will arise for premium membership. Free basic membership is offered as well, but this is useless. To read and send messages, costs are incurred from a subscription which is difficult to cancel. Judging from reviews on the internet, it will end in a subscription rip-off.

We did some research on the internet. The experience of former users indicates profiles on the site are fake as well. We also found indications of fake chat. But legal proof of this is not available. However, the subscription is a trap as the operator makes termination difficult. DMM Solutions Inc of New York, USA, is the platform operator.

    Details on the ZenDate.com review

The online dating portal ZenDate.com creates a solid first impression. On the landing page, we read about an offer of free registration. We also see a selection of profiles on the homepage. We might assume the chances of meeting a real person here must be good. The website claims to have a lot of members. But after we conducted some research on the internet, we found negative reviews of the platform. Former users were definitely not happy with the service of the portal. They also accused it of being a scam. We found indications that it uses fake chat.

Profiles in the members´ pool appear to be fake. Furthermore, fake chat operators seem to control these fake profiles and encourage new members to join chats. We have to admit that proof of fake chat is unavailable. We did not find any admission in the legal information that moderation takes place. Neither fake operators nor fictional profiles are acknowledged. The operator does not mention any euphemism for moderation. However, we found hints of a different kind of rip-off. Membership will end in a trap, as the site operator makes cancelling a subscription difficult.

This site is a bad choice

The website operator is DMM Solutions Inc of New York, USA. We did not find much online information about this company. However, we found reviews of the website which were anything but positive. Former users allege the subscription is a cheeky trap. Their experience suggests that subscription is not easy to cancel. The operator either ignores cancellation requests or simply declines them. The use of these tactics means a subscription will be renewed over and over again. Basically, automatic renewal is used to scam users.

The conclusion from our ZenDate.com review

ZenDate.com is a rip-off with a subscription trap. We also found reviews alleging fake chat, although legal proof of this is unavailable. However, costs will arise for premium membership that will extend automatically if not cancelled in time. The operator makes termination difficult. So the subscription is a cheeky trap.
