Report for OneAmour.com review
Online dating platform OneAmour.com gives a good first impression. It had us thinking it may be a legit dating site. It looks professional, and the Terms of Use do not reveal any concerning paragraphs. Former user opinions are generally positive, so we became more curious. However, we started noticing small suspicious details. For example, the portal claims to have over 100 million users. In our experience, this is a rather unlikely figure. Very few platforms manage to reach these numbers if they grow organically.
For this reason, we decided to create a test profile and evaluate the quality of this portal and its member pool. We also went through the Terms and Conditions in detail. We soon discovered that the website contained a fake chat, which was crowded with fantasy profiles. The characters on the chat were just too eager to get to know our bland profile. Furthermore, we realized that the positive reviews were too generic, as if they had been commissioned by the operator.
The landing page has a very minimalistic design and is mostly white. There is a picture of a cool looking group of friends, sitting on a pier. The portal is available in several languages. We cannot extract much more information from the landing page. This is usually a red flag, and not what a trustworthy operator would do. The company behind this website is Suprante Inc, from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Details on the OneAmour.com review
OneAmour.com is an online platform which, apparently, caters for people in search of a relationship. This is not a casual dating site. The landing page literally mentions long-term connections. The operator Suprante Inc is based in Las Vegas, which we found out while reading the Terms and Conditions. The portal is available in several languages and has different versions for 8 countries.
Deceiving communication
We decided to carry out a few tests in the members’ area to write this review. At that point, we were still hopeful about the website. However, the chat characters started showering us with attention, for no reason. After all, our profile was completely empty. This usually means that the profiles are not real, so we are dealing with a fake chat scam. The profiles contacting us may be operators, who are hired by the company, or even chatbots responding with a programmed script. After studying the Terms of Use, we discovered this is what they call “smart messages.”
However, most people fail to read the legal disclaimers. If we had not so much experience in this industry, we may have thought that these interactions were real. The messages are a tool to make you fall for a shameless rip-off. They try to sell you a subscription, which entails automatic renewals.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 04/08/2023)
To encourage communication between users, the Program offers “smart messages” function. Smart messages are generated and sent automatically by the Program from one user to another, which simplifies commencement of a dialogue. In order to use smart messages, you should enable them in the settings. If you do not want to use this function anymore, just disable it in the settings.
Dubious testimonials
Since we were hesitant at first, we looked for former user experiences online. Most of them were overwhelmingly positive. However, we observed that the testimonials were far too general. Something was off. When we took a closer look at the negative opinions, we noticed that these reviews were much more detailed, and they came across as authentic. They also discussed the presence of fake profiles. The most concerning fact was the mention of unjustified charges to the users’ credit cards.
Furthermore, it seems that several people had a hard time canceling their membership. This is a typical strategy among rip-off operators. This gave us the confirmation we needed to stay away from this portal.
The conclusion from our OneAmour.com review
OneAmour.com promotes itself as a dating portal with over a hundred million users. This sounds like an exaggeration, and it is. The portal is full of fake profiles, so it will be impossible to arrange a real-life meeting. Furthermore, we found many contradictory opinions about the portal. We suspect that this is a subscription scam. They will try to make the cancellation of your membership as complicated as possible. The portal is managed by a company called Suprante Inc, from Las Vegas.
