Report for JustBeWild.com review

The online dating portal JustBeWild.com advertises with a free registration. But after the free registration costs will appear for a subscription for a paid premium-membership. That might end up in a trap as the subscription will extend automatically.

An automatic renewal does not have to be a scam but in this case a cheeky method comes up. The operator of the website offers a trial version for the membership which will also renew automatically. So, if you do not cancel the trial subscription in time the membership will extend to a monthly paid subscription. The operator of the site is unknown. We only know that legal law of Hong Kong applies on this portal so we assume the operator is located in Hong Kong.

Details on the JustBeWild.com review

JustBeWild.com advertises with a good-looking landing page and offer. The registration on the online dating website is for free and the operator promises best chances for a match. We checked the terms and conditions for the name of the operator as the imprint is missing on the homepage. That looks already a bit suspicious and as we did not find the name of the company that operates this site, we assume it is not legit.

We did some more research on the internet and a few reviews and negative reports about this portal. The information on the web point out that this website is not trustworthy. The more we read in the reviews and in the terms and conditions of the site we get more and more the impression of a rip off.

It is a trap

A dating website that does not show an imprint and does not mention the name of the operator in the terms and conditions is a clear first hint that something is not right. More, we read in the terms and conditions that the website’s operator has to be based in Hong Kong as legal law of Hong Kong applies in any lawsuits. Of course, there are many reasons to base a company in this area but it is clearly not a trustworthy location of an operator of an online dating website in the US.

We read in some reviews about a scam with a fake chat but did not find any hints about that in the terms and conditions. But what we read there is that the subscription of a membership will extend automatically. That does not have to be a rip off. But we read that the offered trial membership will extend automatically as well. In the terms and conditions it is mentioned that you have to cancel the trial membership in time but regard to some information on the internet it is not possible to make the deadline. So, we assume that the website is a subscription trap by an operated that does not show its name but the location in Hong Kong.

The conclusion from our JustBeWild.com review

The dating site JustBeWild.com seems like a scam to us. On the internet we found a few negative reports about this portal and that it is a subscription trap. Indeed, the subscription for a premium-membership will extend just like the trial membership as well. Regard to the details we found on the net it is not possible to make the deadline to cancel the trial membership in time.
