The site IndianDating.com is a dedicated dating platform for Indians in the USA. The website is intended for those of Indian origin or those who have a desire to connect with Indian singles. The landing page of the platform looks formal and professional but, soon after starting our review, we discovered that the platform is a subscription rip-off and probably also a fake chat scam.

The platform is operated by NSI Holdings LTD, based in London, United Kingdom. The reputation of this company is very poor. The number of negative reviews about this company on the internet is considerable, and our experience with the company in the past was also negative.

IndianDating.com is a dating platform for Indian singles or for anyone who wants to get in touch with Indian singles in the USA. The page looks formal and legit and, on the landing page, we found a lot of information about online dating as well as the Indian community in the USA. However, the information about how the website works, prices and features were much more difficult to find.

The operator running this website is already well known to us. The company NSI (Holdings) Ltd manages a significant number of dating platforms and, according to former users’ reviews, as well as to our own experiences, most of the sites from this company are scams and rip-offs.

Bad reputation

The operator has a very bad reputation, and there are plenty of negative reviews on the internet about this company. Many of them complain about fake profiles on most of the platforms from this operator. In our review, we did not find any mention of fictitious profiles or fake chat operators in the terms and conditions. However, this does not mean anything, as most of the users will not recognize that they use these kinds of fake profiles to attract customers to pay for a membership.

There are also negative reviews about subscription rip-offs, and some former customers explain their poor experiences while trying to terminate their subscriptions. This is a problem that regularly seems to happen on this platform.

Subscription trap

Regarding the subscriptions, all of them will renew automatically. Automatic renewal of a subscription is something very common, and therefore should not be considered a scam. However, the trial subscriptions on this website are a trap. They will renew automatically if they are not cancelled in time. The cancellation notice is 72 hours but, as the trial subscriptions last for one or three days, it is impossible to terminate them in time.

All paid subscriptions automatically renew for the period and price that you signed up for. . You may cancel the auto-renew feature to avoid recurring charges, but you must act at least 3 days (that is, 72 hours) prior to the renewal date.

The first impression of the online dating platform IndianDating.com was positive. The site seems to be the right choice for Indian singles or those interested in meeting them. Unfortunately, the site is a subscription rip-off, and the reputation of the operator is also very bad. Therefore, we cannot recommend this site to anybody.
