Report for FlingsWithNeighbors.com review

FlingsWithNeighbors.com promotes itself as a casual dating portal for people who are looking to hook up with someone nearby. However, there is no way you can meet anyone face-to-face, from this platform. After all, the profiles are fictitious. This fake chat is typical of White Mountain Online Solutions BV, a Dutch operator from Krimpen aan den IJssel. We have written quite a few reviews about this fishy company.

This time, our experience was quite similar. First, we noticed that the landing page had a strangely familiar feel. We saw a beautiful brunette inviting us to sign up for free. A few texts discuss how easy it will be to find a hookup nearby. Furthermore, this portal claims to have 3 million members. This would be extraordinary for such an unknown website. Let us just say that we had some serious doubts about this statement.

We created a simple profile and analyzed the Terms of Use for our review. The members’ area was also identical to many other scams we have seen in the past. In a matter of minutes, our inbox was full of sultry messages, from shockingly beautiful women. We soon discovered that the website hides a fake chat scam. They trick users into wasting their money on fruitless conversations.

Details on the FlingsWithNeighbors.com review

Initially, FlingsWithNeighbors.com looks like a decent casual dating website. The landing page gives a trustworthy first impression, and even claims to have a huge member base. However, the operator of this website is White Mountain Online Solutions BV, from the town of Krimpen aan den IJssel. They guarantee the users’ satisfaction and claim it will be extremely easy to find a hookup. But we know, from experience, that only rip-offs dare to make such wild statements.

Front page disclaimer

An attentive user will know from the get-go that this portal is just a fake chat with a fancy design. At the bottom of the landing page, we can clearly read that this website uses fictitious profiles. Therefore, real meetings are impossible. Furthermore, the women in the members’ area look absolutely perfect, but their bios are almost non-existent. This is an obvious red flag, even if you have not noticed the text on the landing page. The Terms of Use also confirm the scam.

However, most people completely ignore all the fine print. And if you are too focused on finding some action tonight, you will probably not even notice that there is something odd about the profiles. This way, these sleazy operators manage to trick countless users every day. After all, there is a reason the Internet is full of these rip-offs.

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 12/10/2023)

Profiles marked with a heart icon: © are fictional entertainers’ profiles rather than members profiles, physical contact with these profiles is not possible.

Pricey chats

Whether the interlocutor is real or fictitious, the user must pay for every single message sent. For this, the operator has developed a so-called “credit” system. The client buys a bundle of credits which fill a digital wallet. For every message sent, a certain number of credits is discounted. Soon, the digital wallet will be empty again. Considering that the price per message can be between 0.80USD, and 2.00USD, this hobby is going to become expensive very quickly.

The conclusion from our FlingsWithNeighbors.com review

FlingsWithNeighbors.com appears to be a casual dating website operated by White Mountain Online Solutions BV. This operator runs a network of almost identical rip-offs. The website hosts a collection of fake profiles, which are indistinguishable from real ones. That is, if the authentic ones exist at all. Nevertheless, the user must pay an arm and a leg to interact, even when talking to a fictional character. The Terms and Conditions admit the scam, but most people do not read the warnings.
