Report for Chat4Aussies.com review
Chat4Aussies.com is introduced as a social network for Aussies looking to flirt. They claim that it will only take 60 seconds to find someone to chat with, and potentially even find the love of your life. Such outrageous claims are usually a red flag, so we were cautious from the start. The platform has been developed by DirectConnect, from Tilburg in The Netherlands. Our previous experience with this company is pretty limited.
During our review, we found out that the operator actively creates fictitious profiles to generate activity among the members. It is therefore a fake chat rip-off. The operator apparently offers a subscription service where the user can either pay per minute or per view. But we couldn’t have a proper look at it, because the registration process was impossible to complete.

Details on the Chat4Aussies.com review
Chat4Aussies.com is hosted by DirectConnect, a company registered in Tilburg, The Netherlands. This website targets people in Australia looking for a fling. Even though the website is rather explicit, they also present the platform as a way to even find true love. Making such outlandish promises for this type of service is usually a red flag, pointing to a potential scam.
Problematic registration
For our review, we created a temporary profile that would allow us to test the service. During the registration process we are asked about our birth date, sex, location, and the age of the people we are interested in. We also need to pick a username and provide a working email address. We are also asked to provide a phone number, but this is not compulsory to fill in. Finally, the website wants to know about our fetishes and preferences to provide suitable results.
However, we encountered a problem. As we were trying to fulfill the process, we got caught up in a loop, with no confirmation from the website and no verification email being sent to us, as it is common in the industry. We were unable to complete the registration, despite trying multiple times with different data. It was a disappointing experience. This may be a bug, or it may point to a scam where the company is simply collecting email addresses for other uses.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 24/01/2025)
We want to create with this Service a nice portal for men and women who want to enjoy a bit of fun and do not take dating too seriously, but see it more as a fun and fun form of entertainment. One of our objectives is to realize online interaction between you and others. This service uses self-created entertainment profiles, these profiles are moderated and therefore no physical agreements are possible.
Risky service
Nevertheless, the terms and conditions tell us everything we need to know about this scam. First, there is no way anybody could find a real date here, let alone the love of their life. The terms of use make it clear that the operator uses fake profiles to enhance the activity on the fake chat.
Furthermore, the operator claims to offer a subscription, which usually entails recurring payments until the agreement is cancelled. A paragraph in the legal section warns the user that the operator will collect any fees owed by the user, without necessarily asking for consent. We have seen similar subscription rip-offs in the past, where it was very difficult to stop the payments. Either way, this doesn’t seem like a professional attempt at creating a quality dating site, and it certainly can’t deliver what it promises.
The conclusion from our Chat4Aussies.com review
Chat4Aussies.com looks like a social network for Aussies looking for a casual date. At the end of the day, we do not know if this is a subscription rip-off or a scam built up to collect email addresses. Either way, we do know that whatever they are offering cannot be delivered. The company DirectConnect, from The Netherlands, admits that they create fictitious profiles to simulate activity on the website.
