After entering the landing page of BateWorld.com, it seemed like it was a mixture between a sexting website and a porn site. The site’s operator is BW Entertainment LLC, which is based in Arizona, United States. We found some good online reviews about the site, saying the site isn’t a scam. However, after spotting a few red flags, we had no choice but to give it a different review. As it turned out, this site’s appearance is quite deceiving.
The landing page left a positive first impression. It claimed to have over 20,000 members and is accessible to all new members who wish to sign up on the site. However, after we got the chance to experience the site ourselves, it wasn’t all as it claimed to be.
The site does allow fictitious profiles, which makes it a fake chat service. Since users cannot meet other real users or chat operators, what is the purpose of entertainment? Users join sites like this to find a connection with someone, not have a fun conversation on a chat page that leads to nowhere. Another negative aspect of the site is that users are charged through an automatic renewal payment system, which seems like a rip-off.

At first glance, BateWorld.com seemed like a site that is worth visiting. After all, it’s very bright and colorful and has a picture of an attractive man directly in the middle of the page. If we didn’t know any better, we would say that it is an excellent site, with no red flags. The site claimed to offer free registration, which comes with a 7-day free trial, for all new members wishing to sign up on the site.
The sites’ operator BW Entertainment LLC, from Arizona, United States, has different variations for its premium membership and a few ways to sign up for each, which offers different benefits. Not many options are available, but even so, the options are no good.
Profiles
Whether signing up for free or purchasing a premium membership, users are not informed about fake profiles being used by “fake chat” operators. These fictitious profiles are used to lure genuine users into a chat where they believe they are chatting with a real member. The following text was taken from the terms of service: “You are aware that any erotic stories available on the website are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.” From what we could tell, entertainment is just a cover for fake dating sites to have a reason for generating fake profiles.
Users will never be able to meet genuine profiles, for users will not get a chance to meet fake chat operators. This is a big red flag for the site, as most members would want to speak to real people.
Signing up
From our experience, when we signed up and tried to enter our details, there was an instant pop-up. This pop-up said that we were not allowed to obtain a free premium trial because we had already used it before. Even though we had never been on the site before, we were still going to be charged for the site’s services without being given the chance to test it out for free. This is clearly a rip-off because they said we that registering would give us a 7-day free trial, but once registration is complete, they pull something like this.
Testing the site out and seeing how it is before paying for its services is not an option here. If users were to know that, signing up here would lead to talking on a fake chat page, they wouldn’t want to sign up for any membership.

Our review of BateWorld.com has revealed that is not a good website to use. Even though it claimed to be free, we had to pay for a membership to use the site’s features. Fictitious profiles are allowed to be used on the site, which makes this dating service a fake chat service that rips off users. As a result, this is a scam website that should be avoided at all costs.

I too was fooled by the professional appearance of the layout/artwork. I paid premium membership for 3 months and clicked on the square box that clearly said non-recurring payment. only to get a notification right afterwards saying I was going to be charged a recurring payment of 2199 a month. I seen realized that not only myself but it seemed like a lot of other guys had no profile photos. there was no way to upload one. then I started getting nervous. contacted them asking why I could not upload a photo it gave me a BS response that led to nowhere. so I called up the credit processing company that dealt with them and said I wanted to cancel my membership only to be asked by an irritated woman's voice on the other end of the phone for my purchase ID number, another number and some of my credit card numbers for verification. I said I've never received a ID number or a purchase number from this company. yes they should be avoided like the plague. I wrote them also a email shaming them for their deceptive practices calling them out for such. saying your type of companies the reason why this genre of websites it's a bad name. unfortunately this is ubiquitous of most of these types of websites.
