Fake operators manage those profiles to stimulate new users into a chat. The reason for the fake chat is obvious. After the registration is done, costs will occur for credits which are needed to send messages. Only the registration is free. As we see it, the advertisement for the free registration is a misleading detail. The fake operators will entice the user to spend more and more money.

It runs a huge network of dating sites that are all a rip-off with a fake chat.
