Dangerous subscriptions

Signing up is free, fast, and easy. The free basic membership allows users to create a profile, use the search functions, and receive and read chat messages. But to send messages in the chat, a paid VIPplus-membership is needed.

All VIPplus-subscriptions extend automatically and must be canceled by the user to stop regular charges. However, according to numerous customer reports online, canceling is not easy, and users can easily get stuck in a long and costly subscription trap.
