However, after some deeper research, it is revealed to be a scam with a subscription rip-off. The site uses computer-generated fake messages to lure new users into the chat. Although, to access the chat feature, users must sign up for a paid membership subscription first. These subscriptions renew automatically and are difficult to cancel. Our first impression of SluttyHour.com was quite positive. The landing page is professionally designed, and the site’s overall appearance is promising. Moreover, the dating portal advertises free registration, a safe and secure online environment with 24-hour customer support.

To find out if the platform can live up to its claims and promises, we signed up, studied the terms and conditions, and searched the internet for user experiences and reviews. As it turned out, our research revealed that SluttyHour.com is not a good choice at all. In fact, it is just a scam with a subscription rip-off.

Fake message scam

Within the first couple of minutes after the registration, we received a lot of intriguing chat messages from other members. The only way to reply is to sign up for a paid membership subscription first.  Without purchasing a subscription, the chat feature cannot be used. After reading the terms and conditions, we discovered that all these enticing chat messages are fake. They are not sent by real members, but by an automated system, so-called “chatbots”. Their sole purpose is to turn new users into paying subscribers as soon as possible.

The process of sending messages through this service will be free, still, the member who sees and wants to reply to the messages, needs to have an upgraded and valid Paid Membership.

As soon as users sign up for one of the paid membership subscriptions, they are trapped. All subscriptions are indefinitely renewed automatically, and canceling them is an extremely cumbersome task. Therefore, it is a subscription rip-off. The site’s operator is infamous for this kind of scam.
