SexPlayCam.com seems to be packed with horny members, looking for erotic encounters. But after some research, we find out that this is not the case. In fact, the site is full of fake profiles, which are created by the site’s employees. Therefore, SexPlayCam.com is clearly a rip-off.

Signing up is free, but to unlock the communication features, a paid membership subscription is needed. To persuade new users to purchase a subscription as fast as possible, the fake profiles send many enticing fake messages to them.

After reading the terms and conditions, as well as some user reviews online, we cannot recommend anyone to register here. It is a rip-off.

Cheeky subscription scam

The registration is free, but everything else is not. To unlock the communication features, a paid membership subscription is needed. Besides several long-term subscriptions, SexPlayCam.com offers an inexpensive trial membership. However, it is clearly a cheeky trap. If users fail to cancel the trial before it expires, it will automatically be converted to one of the extremely expensive long-term subscriptions. According to some reports we find online, it is extremely difficult to cancel any of the subscriptions.

To persuade new users to sign up for a subscription as fast as possible, SexPlayCam.com lures them into the chat. Immediately after the registration, new users receive many enticing chat messages. These messages appear to be sent by real members, but in fact, they are sent by employed fake chat operators or chatbots, hiding behind fake profiles. Here, these profiles are called “sweethaarts”.
