    Report for NicheSwingers.com review

The homepage of the online dating platform NicheSwingers.com looks very inviting and promising at first. The website is targeting people who like to swing. Registration is free and done in just a few steps. But when we read the terms and conditions of the site carefully and look at the imprint, the positive first impression clouds. Unfortunately, it is a rip-off with a fake chat.

To use the chat and other features on NicheSwingers.com, users must first sign up for an expensive premium membership. But it is very unlikely to find real people for a date via the site. This is because moderators and chatbots are used, hiding behind fictitious profiles. Tyche Technologies AG, from Zug in Switzerland, is the operator of the portal. We have already had several bad experiences with this company which is part of a huge network, and we did some reviews as well. It is well known for both fake chats, subscription traps and scams.

    Details on the NicheSwingers.com review

At first glance, the online dating platform NicheSwingers.com seems quite serious and promising. Registration is free and it seems to be a suitable place to meet swingers from the surrounding area for hot flirts and dates. We do some research on the internet and review the terms and conditions of the site. We also take a closer look at the operator of the portal. Unfortunately, it turns out that a registration on the site is not worth it.

In the terms and conditions, we found the following note

3.1 The Website’s primary purpose is to provide an adult entertainment experience. The Service enables members to connect with each other, exchange pictures, stories, fantasies, and contact and engage in conversation with other members, our representatives, and our automated system.

3.2 The Computer Generated Virtual Hottie Profiles encourage conversation between members by making introductions or recommendations or just by chatting with members, for entertainment purposes.

    Just an entertainment platform

According to the terms and conditions, NicheSwingers.com is a pure entertainment platform for adults. Theoretically, real members can hide behind the member profiles in the chat, but from our experience also hired moderators or chatbots. Accordingly, it is impossible for users to tell whether they are chatting with real people or with fake profiles. Unfortunately, they must pay for all the fun in any case, because without a paid membership, no messages can be sent.

Since users are not made aware that they may be talking to fictitious people, they are also willing to pay for the chat. After all, they hope to find a suitable partner for a date via the portal. So, with this scam, they are lured into very expensive memberships, but exciting dating experiences are excluded.

    Dubious operator

The operator of NicheSwingers.com is Tyche Technologies AG from Zug, in Switzerland. The company operates a variety of dubious dating websites and is best known for its rip-off methods, like fake chats. We had experiences with the company in the past.

The memberships offered are not only very expensive but also automatically renew unless they are cancelled in time. Unfortunately, it is easier said than done to cancel a membership. This is because the cancellation periods and conditions are designed in such a way that they can easily be missed. In our experience, they can therefore quickly lead to a subscription trap. Therefore, we can only advise against signing up on NicheSwingers.com, or any other site of this operator.

The conclusion from our NicheSwingers.com review

Unfortunately, the online dating platform NicheSwingers.com is a rip-off. Moderators and chatbots are used in the chat to lure new customers into the paid premium subscriptions. The subscriptions are automatically renewed and can easily lead to expensive, lengthy subscription traps. Meanwhile, the chances of real dates are vanishingly small. From our experience: Do not get involved.
