The operator of this dating portal is the Meteor Interactive B.V. This company is well- known on the internet as this is not the only website of this brand. The scam always works in the same way. Details of the MyLocalCrush.com review
The landing page of MyLocalCrush.com shows some profile pictures. We could assume that those people are real and also real members of this platform. But this impression is entirely wrong. All of the profiles in the member’s pool are fake.
On the landing page, we also read the information about free registration. To register is really for free, but that does not mean that the use of the portal is for free. After registration, a user needs to buy credits first. Those credits are needed to send messages to others.
Well, this is how the rip off works. The landing page looks great and shows some attractive profile pictures. This way, the user will get convinced to become a member of this scam portal. When the registration is finished, new members will receive many messages from others. Regard to some reviews about this website that we found on the internet, it takes only a few minutes, and the post box is full of them.
Those messages come from fake operators that operate fake profiles. They are used to entice the user to a chat without any sense or goal. Physical contact is not possible with any member of MyLocalCrush.com, as all profiles are fake.
The fake chat scam is in the terms and conditions
“You also understand that this is a fantasy entertainment Service and that (i) the profiles are fictional, and your interactions will be with operators.”
A typical user will assume that all profiles are real. Because of that, the user wants to answer all those messages and buys credits. The price for one message is quite high. After a while, it turns out that the user pays much money for conversations with a fictitious person.
MyLocalCrush.com is operated by the Meteor Interactive B.V., which is in Utrecht, in the Netherlands. This company is well-known on the internet for its rip off a network of fake chat dating websites.
The Conclusion from our MyLocalCrush.com review
The online dating website MyLocalCrush.com is a fake chat scam. The member’s pool is full of fake profiles only, and it is impossible to find one real person here. That means that physical contact is useless as well. But the user does not get informed about the fake chat and pays much money to send messages.

yeah its a scam but i kinda find it funny that anyone actually paid for messages before checking this site out for legitimacy. sucker born every minute i suppose
I’m so sick of local crush is there no way to get them removed from trading .
Much the same as all the other comments should of looked at the reviews it would be interesting to look what happens to women on this site if they get scammed as well
It is what it is. Had lots of fun
It is a big scam! I used to receive 100-200 messages a day ! Vey very kind messages! After I bought tokens – shortly my password was not good anymore! I asked for another pwd 5 times – none let me in ! I lost money and messages received were always the kind with a question, to anything I wrote! NO connection what so ever with anybody on the site for one month!! It is not right to let these sites have access to USA internet after it is known they are fake, and steeling our money !
This dating site is fake .I really would like a refund for my remaining credits. You change my profile all the time the people are fake this is a rip off no one answer a Question you ask .
It does seem this way. Though the city or town that I live in, I do remember seeing some of the people who messaged me around town. For example, there was a woman who worked at a pharmacy clerk. I do remember seeing her before. So I don’t know how that’s possible. Your right about the other stuff though.
on april 24 i sent in a payment and did not recieved it to my account the amount $64.99 old email account was donnyroberts@bexxxxxxx
I began to smell a rat when all my attempts to get the alleged contacts to contact me via email were rebuffed. I also caught on to the “physical contact is not possible” gambit. (It’s the little heart icon next to the profile name.) This site confirmed my suspicions. Fortunately, they didn’t get me for a lot of money. Another thing that sort of tipped me off is that I live in a rural unincorporated area of Tennessee and I had something like 48 pages of contacts shortly after signing up.We don’t have that many people in this area, let alone that many allegedly horny women.
agree with these comments on my local crush. scam and rip off.
So much a scam that I was asked to keep chatting after forking over cash to keep chatting each message cost credit and for $50 for 100 credits a trap to keep you talking and wasting money. If it was as it claims to be an actual hookup and or dating the pool would be a lot smaller like in more legit sites. I wonder who these poor girls are they stole their images and made profile pretending to be them Identity theft to then used to scam you out money is Illegal in most countries.
SCAM to the MAX
Super Scam site. The minute you log in you get bombarded with notes from supposedly horny women. They keep stringing you along claiming to be in your area but they avoid any attempt to get their phone number or email address. All messages are for pay.
Fakey!! When asked for a phone number, the participants always avoided that answer.
Fake!!!!!
I registered….and made one transaction with my debit card. Once I saw your review about this site I immediately deleted my account
