At first sight, the online dating portal MrsDeep.com appears to be a great place to meet people who are interested in casual sex dates. Upon closer inspection, this website turned out to be a cheeky rip-off with a fake chat scam. As usual, we created a test account and carefully studied the terms and conditions. Moreover, we browsed the internet in search of user experiences and reviews. We gathered some information on the site’s company. By doing so, we quickly noticed that MrsDeep.com should be avoided at all costs.
High costs for meaningless chats
Whilst signing up and creating a personalized profile is 100% free, using the site’s chat feature surely is not. Users must purchase so-called “coins”, if they wish to communicate with other members through the chat. These “coins” are a virtual currency that can be used to pay for sending chat messages to others. As every single message must be paid for separately, chatting here can quickly become extremely expensive.
Unfortunately, the costly chat experience is nothing but a waste of time and money. The members’ area is full of fake profiles, which were created by the site’s employees. The fake profiles managed by professional “fake chat” operators and chatbots. In other words, this means that the site’s members are fictitious and it is not possible to arrange real dates with them.
The following text is excerpted from the Terms and Conditions
The Company operates system profiles (i.e. profiles connected to Accounts which have been created by the Company and which are either operated by contractors of the Company who impersonate the persons portrayed in such profiles or by a system designed to interact with users) and expressly reserves the right to chat with users through such system profiles in order to enhance the users’ entertainment experience. Physical contact with individuals behind such system profiles is strictly prohibited.
Lack of transparency
Regrettably, all information regarding the fake chat scam can only be found in the lengthy terms and conditions, where it can easily be overlooked. Moreover, the fake profiles are not specifically marked as such and the “fake chat” operators are very skilled at pretending to be the person in the profile picture. Consequently, many users are not aware that they are being tricked and ripped-off.
Infamous scam company
MrsDeep.com is operated by Meet Us Media Ltd, who are based in Nicosia, in Cyprus. We have already published several reviews about them and their other scam websites. As they always use the exact same strategies to rip off their customers, we strongly advise you to never register on any of their websites.
