Report for GoHookup.com review
GoHookup.com is an online dating website that helps users to find hookups quickly and easily. The operator mentions this on the landing page. They also mention that the site has over 78,000 active members, and the registration is free. This is enough to interest any potential customer. However, this site is just a waste of time and money. The operator uses a fake chat scam. Although the site is not a subscription rip-off, we still consider it to be fraudulent.
The company operating this site is Hazhtag Media Ou, based in Tallin, Estonia. We have experience with this operator, and we have written reviews about some of their sites in the past. All the reviews have been negative. This company always uses fake chat scams.

Details on the GoHookup.com review
GoHookup.com is part of a network of dating sites run by the Estonian operator, Hazhtag Media Ou. Therefore, this site is also part of a big scam. The operator uses the same kind of fake chat scams on all their platforms. This site is no exception.
Fake chat operators enhance the users’ experience
During our review, we found enough evidence to call this site a rip-off. Apart from our own experience while using the platform, we found written evidence of the fake chat scam in the terms and conditions. The operator admits that the website uses support staff to monitor and moderate the chat system. This leads to chat dialogues and conversations with the users.
So, the company employs fake chat operators. They will interact with the users, to attract them to participate in expensive and meaningless chats. Furthermore, the operator mentions that they may use these fictitious profiles, at their discretion, to communicate with the users. Although the excuse for that is to enhance the users’ experience. This sounds like a lame excuse. The operator only wants users to spend as much money as possible.
The following excerpt is from the terms and conditions
We may use system profiles at our discretion to communicate with users to enhance our users' entertainment experience.
Expensive credits
Once the users decide to participate in one of these chats initiated by the fake profiles, they will discover that must pay for each message they send. Prices are expensive, but this is not the worst thing. The real problem is, even if they spend a lot of money, they will never be able to find a real date on this platform. Luckily, the payments are based on “credits” and users do not need a subscription. So, we are sure that this site is not a subscription rip-off.

Furthermore, we have already written several reviews about websites run by this operator, and it seems that this company always uses the same scams.
