Signing up, users must agree that their profile is used with the so-called "icebreaker system" Through this system, the site sends computer-generated fake messages to and from any existing user account. Supposedly, this service is designed to facilitate conversations between users. But as we see it, its primary purpose is to lure new users into becoming paying members as fast as possible.

Right after the registration, new users receive plenty of chat messages, gifts, and friend requests. But to use the chat feature and reply to these messages, they must sign up for a paid membership subscription first.
