    Report for FaceToFace.com review

The online dating site FaceToFace.com offers 100% free lifetime membership. It offers the chance to check out sexy photos and webcams from millions of hot members. Unfortunately, this information is false. The free membership is useless, and the millions of hot members are mostly fake.

The operator of this online dating website is Global Personals LLC, based in Miami, Florida. This company has a very bad reputation. There are plenty of negative reviews about the operator on the internet. We also have some experience writing reviews about other platforms from this same company. Like this one, they all turned out to be fake chat scams and subscription rip-offs.

    Details on the FaceToFace.com review

FaceToFace.com is another online dating site from Global Personals LLC. This company is well known, but not for good reasons. They run several dating platforms. Our experience is that most of them are subscription rip-offs and fake chat scams.

    Introductions and icebreaker messages

In the terms and conditions, we read that the platform does not create fake profiles and does not use fake chat operators. On the contrary, they mention that they take very seriously any attempt to create fake profiles and those profiles suspected to be fake will be deleted immediately. The problem is that the platform uses “introduction messages” and “icebreaker messages”. These messages are sent by the platform’s system, and they try to stimulate conversations among users.

That may sound like a good idea. However, the company does not identify these messages as computer-generated. Therefore, the users who receive them will believe that these messages have been sent by other members. That is exactly what the operator wants. Because to read or answer these messages, the customer must pay for an expensive membership.

The following statement can be found in the terms and conditions

These system notifications may or may not indicate they have been initiated by the Site and may provide you with limited information about other members of the Site and/or such member's activity on the Site. The system notifications may prompt you to initiate dialogue with other member(s). If you wish to initiate dialogue and have not purchased a membership to the Site, you will be required to purchase a paid membership prior to being able to initiate or even review any dialogue.

    The subscription trap

Once the customer receives these fake messages, they may consider answering them. Nevertheless, this will have a cost. The memberships here are expensive. But the operator will offer a cheap trial membership that looks more attractive and will be interesting for many customers. However, the subscription will renew automatically and will convert into an expensive monthly membership.

We have found many reviews by former users complaining about this. When they subscribed, they were not aware of this automatic renewal. Some of them had bad experiences when they tried to terminate their subscriptions. A clear example of a subscription rip-off. Something that happens on most platforms run by this operator.

The conclusion from our FaceToFace.com review

Like on most websites run by the same operator, during our research into FaceToFace.com we found a fake chat scam as well as a subscription rip-off. This site uses automatic messages to entice users to pay for a tricky membership. Terminating a subscription here does not seem like an easy task. Therefore, we do not recommend this website.
