Report for 69Maple.com review

69Maple.com is a casual dating platform that claims to have a lot of members. The community of the site is open-minded and chatty. According to the information provided on the landing page, it wouldn’t take too long to find someone to chat with. We also see some profile pictures on the landing page that display good-looking women. Of course, this leaves a good first impression. However, we found text on the landing page that refers to the purpose of entertainment. In addition, information regarding the use of fictitious profiles can be seen in the Terms & Conditions.

69Maple.com may seem like a solid casual dating platform, but it is a scam. We did some online research and found proof that this website uses fake profiles. A fake profile shows a fictitious person with whom a date in real life is not possible. We found reviews from former members who have all had terrible experiences using this site. In their reviews, they explained that all profiles are fake and that it is impossible to meet real singles through this site.

It is obvious that moderators generate and operate these fake profiles. Their goal is to make real users believe that they are chatting with real users. Users will then pay for the services, which will increase the income of the company that runs the site. It is a cheeky rip-off. The site operator is CH Tel Communication AG, which is based in Baar, Switzerland.

Details on the 69Maple.com review

The online dating portal 69Maple.com has a solid appearance. At first glance, this site seems to be a legit casual dating service that offers good services. However, we were able to spot a passage on the bottom landing page that mentions “entertainment purposes” and “service profiles.” Any dating site that uses these terms is usually operating with fake profiles that engage real users in fake chats to take their money. With a scam like this, it’s no wonder why they hid this text was at the bottom of the landing page in such a tiny font.

Moreover, the use of fake chat is not clearly stated in the text at the bottom of the landing page. According to the online reviews we have read, former users were unaware of what “the purpose of entertainment” stands for. Unless users go and read the lengthy Terms & Conditions, they will not know just how much of a rip-off this site is.

Fake chat

“Fake chat” operators engage users in chats through fake profiles. Users on this site will not be able to identify which profiles are fake, for there is no way of telling. Based on what formers users have experienced, the fake chat operators are the ones to make the first step by sending messages to lure users to chat. Users will then pay to chat with someone who is impersonating someone else. It is obviously a rip-off.

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 26/01/2023)

You acknowledge that the profiles on the Website are fictitious and they have been created only to exchange messages with users and therefore real-life meetings with these fictitious profiles are therefore not possible

The purpose of entertainment

Once registration is complete, users will need to pay to send messages. Fake chat operators will try to get users to reply as much as possible. While chatting, users will not be informed of when a fake chat service will take place. Fake chat operators will not notify users of any fictitious content so that users will happily pay for the services while thinking they can get a real date. The term “purpose of entertainment,” is just a phrase fake dating websites use to get away with using fake profiles.

We already knew the operator of this site before reviewing this site. The site operator is CH Tel Communication AG, which is based in Baar, Switzerland. This company operates many more dating sites. We also found many reviews about this company and how it has a bad reputation online.

The conclusion from our 69Maple.com review

69Maple.com is a scam with a fake chat service. The use of fake profiles is discreetly mentioned at the bottom of the landing page. Further details about fake profiles and fake chats can be found on the Terms & Conditions. “Fake chat” operators control these fake profiles and will encourage new members to chat. Their goal is to increase the activity of the website to generate a higher income for the website’s operator.
